“Plans” or “Pricing” are plans offered by EgniTech for there product and services, price varies depending upon the customer need, a basic 5 Page Static Site development will cost $99.99 .
“SERVICES” AND “EgniTech PORTAL”
“Materials” means any web casts, download areas, white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quick reference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available to download from the EgniTech Portal are the proprietary and copyrighted work of EgniTech and/or its suppliers. The definition of “Materials” does not include the design or layout of the Egni.Tech web site or any other EgniTech owned, operated, licensed or controlled website.
Trademark EgniTech may be used by EgniTech Pvt Ltd. and/or any of its affiliates, wherever applicable.
“Software” means a computer program of any kind, whether owned by EgniTech or a third party, whether delivered via download, CD, other media, or other delivery method, including client and/or network security software. Elements of the Software are protected under copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws. Software includes both EgniTech Software and third party Software. Your use of Software is subject to the respective agreements such as a license agreement or user agreement that accompanies or is included with the Software, ordering documents, exhibits, and other terms and conditions that apply (“License Terms”).
Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
Software requirements specification will establish the basis for an agreement between customers and EgniTech Solutions, on what the software product is to do as well as what it is not expected to do. Software requirements specification permits a rigorous assessment of requirements before design can begin and reduces later redesign. It will also provide a realistic basis for estimating product costs, risks, and schedules
The software requirements specification document will enlists enough and necessary requirements that are required for the software/ WebSIte/ Mobile App development. To derive the requirements we need to have clear and thorough understanding of the products to be developed or being developed. This is achieved and refined with detailed and continuous communications with the project team and customer till the completion of the software.
SUBMISSION OF PLAN ORDERS;
You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the EgniTech Portal. Once EgniTech accepts the Plan Order submitted by you, then you will receive an email from EgniTech at the email address that you provide or have provided to EgniTech as part of the Registration Process for the Services. EgniTech is not responsible for rendering Services in connection with any Plan Order that it has not accepted. Upon acceptance by EgniTech of a Plan Order, you will have a Plan.
